We implement an order from photographs, sketches, samples of a customer as well as we develop the collection ourselves – from creating designs and choosing materials to sewing samples.

While an order is implemented, it is available to use either the Elema’s materials and fabrics (Italian, Turkish, Korean, German, Chinese) or any ones of a customer. You can get consultations and support from our subject-matter experts at any stage of your collection’s creation. Due to many years of experience, highly qualified specialists and high-tech equipment we may produce a wide range of women’s, men’s and children’s clothing.

Production volume. The production capacity of the enterprise amounts to 1200 units per day. We can produce from the minimum quantity of 50 units to the maximum of more than 300. We are equipped with all kinds of universally suitable and specialized machines for cutting, sewing, decorative finishing (PRAFF, DURKOPP, Strobel, Juki, Pegasus); this allows us to produce garments of any level of complicity. 

Quality assurance. Our production meets safety requirements of the Custom Union and the requirements of BSCI social standards. We apply the three-tiered quality control approach in each process steam, which guarantees perfect result of our work.
